SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Capacity Building Coordinator is a member of the Community Engagement & Impact team (CEI), reporting to the Director of Strategy and Impact. The Capacity Building Coordinator is a key player in supporting the Director of Strategy and Impact and the CEI team in delivering the organization’s capacity building strategy for nonprofits. This position is responsible for leading the implementation and logistics of the Confluence Fellowship and its alumni network, and support organizational strengthening initiatives for nonprofit partners through iCAT (Impact Capacity Assessment Tool) administration and other capacity building supports. The Capacity Building Coordinator serves as a trusted advisor to nonprofit organizations, facilitating their growth in leadership and organizational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Confluence Fellowship
Collaborate with the Design Team to support and help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
With guidance and support from the Design Team, develop and implement project plans, including timelines, gathering and preparing resource documents, and coordinating guest speakers.
Coordinate and schedule meetings (secure dates, send calendar invitations and agendas to attendees and schedule meeting location/rooms)
Purchase program supplies, snacks and meals.
Assist with administrative tasks (expense reporting, credit card reporting, calendar management and phone support)
Develop and maintain relationships with Confluence fellows and alumni.

Compensation: $70,000
