ABOUT US

We are a fast-growing Finance company in Santa Ana, California, specializing in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) as alternative lending and business modification for small businesses. We are seeking an experienced sales rep to solicit business from outside independent sales offices (ISO’s) in the merchant cash advance industry. The position involves bringing in new business, developing relationships with new ISO, and serving existing ISO partners. You will also be a liaison between underwriters and ISO’s following up with ISO on submissions and approvals. We offer the most competitive hourly plus commissions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires constant phone calls and emails involving quick and precise responses. The main objective is to identify and develop a network of brokers and ISOs to send us their deals. This individual must be able to work independently and among our amazing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Providing excellent customer service to our partners

• Actively searching for new brokers and ISOs on LinkedIn to enroll in our program
• Responding to new partnership inquiries from prospective partners
• Acting as liaison between partners and corporate operations (credit, underwriting, management)
• Monitoring any ongoing deals within your network’s pipeline
• Attending industry events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have phone sales experience that can handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Looking for Closers that are passionate about sales
• Must have 3 years in phone sales experience
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Should possess top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must also possess great computer skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Driven and motivated for success
