    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION: "Requirements:

    • 8+ years of industry experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, package implementation, and interactive design and architecture
    • A strong understanding of complex computer science and software engineering principles '
    • Strong knowledge of iOS or Android SDK
    • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members and guide them on important architectural aspects & decisions.
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
    • Strong knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices
    • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
    • Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
    • Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
    • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
    • Solid understanding of the application design patterns like MVP, MVVM, VIPER etc.
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
    • Familiarity with continuous integration ex: Jenkins CI tool. Good to have, not mandatory.
    • Knowledge of Unit Testing e.g. Junit, XC test Responsibilities:
    • Design and build applications for mobile platforms
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
    • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
    • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
    • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

    Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.

    • Qualification: 6 – 8 (2 years min relevant experience in the role) Bachelor's Degree
    • Certification: Should have EM Level 1.
    • Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
    • Should have progressing skills Quality Management.
