  • Responsibilities

    TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking qualified Program Managers to perform the following tasks:

    • Provide the supervision needed for all personnel to perform the scope of work accurately, efficiently and within established time frames to attain the required performance metrics.
    • Serve as primary interface with the client.
    • Ensure this requirement is sufficiently staffed and there is no lapse in services.

     

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Possess at least 5 years of experience supervising personnel on processing medical claims and vouchers using numerous database applications in accordance with medical claims coding regulations and guidelines. 
    • Demonstrated success leading a large team focused on meeting organizational goals, continuous improvement and implementing human capital management strategies.
    • In-depth subject matter knowledge and judgement to direct the performance of the personnel. 
    • Proven capability and experience to supervise a team of the size needed to perform the scope and accuracy of work and to attain the required performance metrics. 
    • In depth understanding of billing and follow up regulations as it relates to Medicare. 
    • In depth understanding of electronic claims editing and submission capabilities including Medicare and NEIC on-line claims processing and query system.
    • Thorough understanding of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) and International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) standards (or latest version). 
    • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Project.
    • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
