BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) - PART-TIME, FULL-TIME, OR CONTRACTED COUNSELING. 

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA ensures that IHB is using proper behavioral techniques based in ABA; they review behavior intervention plans and functional behavior assessments; they provide consultation to In-Home Behavioral Therapist/ Clinician team members, and they train new and existing staff on concepts of ABA and behavioral interventions.  The BCBA would also supervise any BCBA candidates we have so they can get supervisión hours towards licensure.

SUPERVISE BEHAVIORAL THERAPISTS AND BEHAVIOR MONITOR TEAMS INCLUDING:

• Review and Development Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Documented observations of the youth in the home and
• community
• Review and Development of specific focused behavior management treatment plans and interventions
• Staff Training/individual and group supervision
• Staff observation and performance evaluation
• Collect and analyze data as needed
• Provide supervision to BCBA eligible candidates

Required Skills

BEHAVIOR MONITOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Master Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field.

• Must have BCBA certification or BCBA eligible

• Fluency in English/Spanish [bilingual] preferred.

• Must have Driver’s License - as travel within Massachusetts will be required

• PART-TIME, FULL-TIME, OR CONTRACTED COUNSELING.
