POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst – Business Finance for the FP&A organization. The position will be primarily responsible for Financial Planning Models, Analysis and Reporting, with a focus on Solution and Customer Profitability.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to tell a story, be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively to drive change and make a positive impact on the business. This role will be fast-paced, so the individual should be organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and multitask is a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Comply with HIPAA Compliance and Security Policies and Procedures
- Create and maintain Revenue and Client Profitability models and create related analyses as requested.
- Manage Solution Profitability and work with Operations staff to improve financial outcomes.
- Create M&A financial models estimating the impact of proposed acquisitions & structures.
- Update & refine key financial drivers, monitor trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare management reports, Board packages and Investor communications
- Prepare industry research in support of Corporate development initiatives
- Develop and reporting of Corporate and divisional KPI analysis and reporting
- Ad hoc analysis, as required
Required Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player, willing to “roll up their sleeves” and who puts the customer first
- Project management skills; the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across multiple groups under changing deadlines
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into system functionality with professionalism and ease
- Creative problem solver - thinks “outside the box”
- Experience in venture capital backed companies a plus
- Demonstrable analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
Required Experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- 3-5 years experience desired
- FP&A, Investment banking, or management consulting experience preferred
- Service, analytics or software companies
- Healthcare experience a plus (but not required)
- Understanding and application of finance and accounting principles
- Experience working in high-growth Venture-Capital or Private-Equity Owned organization
