    Willett Engineering, a Gray company in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a full-time structural engineer-in-training to assist with a variety of projects under the lead of a licensed P.E. We are an award-winning team with over 150 years combined engineering experience, and our projects include the design of retail, institutional, industrial, residential, medical, recreational and educational facilities, as well as historical renovations. This position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious E.I.T. on the path to becoming a licensed structural engineer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and analysis of timber, concrete, steel and masonry projects
    • Creating building plans, sections and details on AutoCAD and REVIT
    • Brainstorming with clients and coworkers on innovative design strategies

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • BS or MS, Civil or Structural Engineering
    • 2+ years’ work experience with a structural engineering firm
    • EIT license
    • Experience with structural analytical software such as RISA
    • Experience in AutoCAD and Revit
    • Willingness to work on a wide variety of projects (timber, concrete, steel and masonry)
    • Confidence and enthusiasm to tackle design challenges
    • Eagerness to learn from senior engineers
    • Ability to interact professionally with clients, team members and contractors
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line station to assure a smooth dinner service.
    • Ability to prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
    • Ability to prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
    • Assume 100% responsibility for quality and presentation of products served.
    • Communicate with service staff verbally and through use of the 86 board.
    • Ability to use and understand POS ticket system.
    • Ability to understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
