We are seeking to hire the services of SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER, MOBILITY based in Warsaw, Poland.
The Senior Systems Engineer will have significant organizational impact as the technical voice of the customer ensuring customer requirements are developed and road mapped in Casa Systems’ products involving 3G+LTE small cell solutions, service provider WiFi, mobile packet core, security, and virtualization solutions; mobile market segment within the European region.
This is a remote position and requires extensive travel to support customer accounts throughout EMEA. The candidate should be located in Poland near a major airport.

Casa does not have a legal business entity in Poland therefore the individual selected to provide services will either be hired as an independent consultant through the consultant's own business based in Poland or as a contractor employed by a local professional employer organization selected by Casa. If services are secured as a consultant, the consultant will be responsible for paying their own taxes and securing their own benefits.

Scheduling Services:
Schedule, cancel, and confirm patient’s appointment according to policy.
Interview caller to obtain all necessary information to facilitate the desired appointment.
Pre-register patients by confirming patient demographic information and verifying insurance eligibility.
Takes incoming messages and distributes appropriately. Route calls to appropriate staff. Returns all messages in a timely manner.
Review care gap reports and proactively contacting the patient / patient representative to schedule needed services.
Provides callers with requested service or information on their first call attempt.
Works collaboratively with practice to address clinical needs and scheduling changes.
Works collaboratively with management to anticipate future patient-scheduling challenges.
Environmental Services:
Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal work space and department.
Monitors supply levels and requests when needed.
Maintains all equipment. Evaluates all equipment for damage or maintenance needs and reports when needed.
