    The Brook Wellness Center is a faith-based, nonprofit treatment provider serving adults, teens, and children located at Branson West and Forsyth, Missouri. Our mission is to offer hope and healing through Christ-centered care for individuals and families struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. We provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment programs that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, empowering clients to achieve lasting recovery and restoration.

    Position Summary

    In partnership with the Development Director, the Capital Campaign Manager will lead a two-year campaign to raise $1.5 million for the acquisition of The Brook Wellness Center’s Haven for Children and Youth. This role combines fundraising expertise with project management skills to ensure the success of the campaign.

    First bonus - 1% bonus for $500,000 = $5,000

    Next - 1.25 % bonus for next $500,000 = $6,250

    Cap - 1.50% bonus for next $500,000 (up to $1.5m) = $7,500

    Max Total Bonus for project: $18,750

    Key Responsibilities

    · Develop and execute a comprehensive capital campaign strategy and timeline in collaboration with leadership.

    · Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and prospects; manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors.

    · Create compelling cases for support, proposals, and campaign materials, including newsletters and donor updates.

    · Plan and coordinate cultivation and stewardship events; accompany leadership on donor visits and networking opportunities.

    · Support leadership and volunteers in donor engagement and solicitation efforts.

    · Track campaign progress using established metrics; maintain accurate donor records in the database.

    · Ensure campaign integration with annual fundraising efforts and organizational priorities.

    · Provide regular progress reports to leadership and promote timely decision-making.

    Minimum Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    · At least 5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, preferably with capital campaign involvement.

    · Proven success in securing major gifts and managing donor relationships.

    · Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and fundraising software.

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    · Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with volunteers and staff.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Senior leadership experience in a nonprofit organization.

    · Familiarity with donor management systems such as Network for Good, etc.
