Job Overview

Design and oversee all aspects of ammunition production from loading machines.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Oversee ammunition loading

· Assist in train employees, and direct employees to perform their job duties

· Knowledge on firearms and gunsmith background

· Ammunition knowledge and reloading experience

· Knowledge of all hand tools, wrenches, drills, taps, and dies

· Knowledge and experience on a lathe and mill machines

· Keep track of production batches

· Create a safe working environment for employees. Select proper personal protective equipment for employees

· Ensures employees follow safety standards

· Assist manufacturing staff to meet production goals

· Keep all working areas clean and organized

· Liaise with executives to handle requests

· Great team member and customer friendly

· Takes safety very serious and addresses concerns with staff

· Reliable transportation, great attendance and punctuality

· Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands
