Job-Specific Expectations
Walk lot first thing in the morning to ensure lot is clean and attractive to customers. Pick up trash move cars if necessary.
Clean photo booth daily to ensure the highest quality photos are taken.
Take pictures and Merchandise pictures on inventory editing system.
Spot test at lest 5 vehicles per month and grade them according to Capital City Nissan's Scale. Have a meeting with Used car manager and Detail manager once per month to review findings.
Some high end detail work. Touch up, buffing, smoke removal. Maybe a delivery sometimes.
Parks vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of Sales/Marketing to ensure that the lot is attractive to potential buyers.
Work with service manager and advisors to make sure all vehicle have been through our used car inspection and all SOP parts have been installed
Responsible for adding and maintaining key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles
Drives vehicles to other dealerships for 'dealer swaps' or to other vendors as requested.
May pick up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles.
Assist Sales and Service Staff in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations.
Keep the appearance of the dealership lot up to company standards. (trash picked up, cars parked in proper places, weeds sprayed, gas cut, cars taken back to detail if they need re-cleaned.)
