THIS POSITION WILL HAVE A STRONG FOCUS ON STAFFING AND RECRUITING
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Morning Staffing:
Supporting HRG1 with problem solving and triaging morning staffing between 30+ classrooms.
This position will recruit for both non-exempt and exempt positions including but not limited to; Special Education Teachers, Therapists, Support Staff and Administration
Recruitment:
· Maintain and update ads for open positions
· Conduct phone screenings
· Schedule Interviews and follow up with candidates
· Maintain Applicant tracking system
· Maintain CDB website with open positions
· Extend offer
· Schedule and conduct orientation
· Communication with the Enrollment office, Program Admin and Classroom teachers
· Create working relationships with colleges that pertain to the Agency
· Establish annual job fair and career fair dates
· Recruitment/Retention – assist HR Compliance Manager with employee engagement
· Assist HR department with special projects as needed
