Key Account Specialist

Capital Express, a leading provider of customized courier and logistics solutions, is expanding and looking to hire several Key Account Specialists.

Ideal candidates are able to perform efficiently under periods of high-stress, are able to multi-task and have impeccable customer service skills, including issue resolution and follow-up. All candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, using the English language. This position takes place in a call-center type environment. Candidates should expect to sit for extended periods of time viewing computer screens, typing and answering phones.

Multiple shifts available, operating 24/7/365; rotating holiday schedule. 

This position pays hourly, based on experience.
