    Innovative Atlanta-based and nationally recognized company, Capital Financing, is expanding rapidly in Georgia. We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Executive to work with Personal Injury Law Firms. Capital Financing provides Plaintiff and Case Expense Financing solutions. Whether the law firm's client needs an advance against future proceeds of their settlement or a law firm struggles with managing and navigating case expenses, we provide a niche financial service that is desperately needed. The role will involve developing new relationships and nurturing current relationships with Personal Injury law firms. The experience we are looking for is a seasoned business development representative who can manage a territory successfully and build the company's brand. We prefer individuals who have Marketing or Sales experience in the medical or legal industry. If you have marketed for doctors, imaging centers, law firms, or have industry knowledge of personal injury, we would like to speak with you. This position can be lucrative for the right person looking to have a generous commission structure with endless financial potential. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000+ commission (OTE $75K - $100K + year 1) Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Expand law firm relationships by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies in Georgia • Work with State Associations, CRM, and current relationships to build Georgia territory • Utilize strategic account management skills to maintain relationships • Attend industry CLE and networking industry events • Set up lunch and learns, dinner gatherings, and strategic meetings • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure proper support and education of clients • Educate law firms on Pre-Settlement and Case Expense Financing services Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • 4+ years of experience in sales or a leadership role • Prefer a history of working in medical or legal sales or Personal Injury knowledge • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Can educate on multiple services being provided • Strong work history of success • Strong relationship-building skills • Like working evening networking events • Can easily engage people you have never met • Knows how to drive sales • Knows how to find the decision-makers Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000+ commission
