Responsibilities: • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the mortgage sales team in sales techniques and mortgage products • Formulate and implement sales strategies and goals to elevate mortgage loan production and meet revenue objectives • Provide one-on-one mentoring and constructive feedback to individual mortgage sales team members to improve their sales performance and achieve sales targets • Evaluate sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance sales effectiveness • Collaborate closely with management to establish and deploy training initiatives and tools that support the professional development of the mortgage sales team Qualifications: • Develop strategic plans and execute them effectively to increase mortgage loan production and achieve revenue objectives • Provide personalized guidance and feedback to boost the sales performance of mortgage sales team members • Possess essential strategic and analytical thinking skills required for success in the mortgage industry • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members • Showcase industry-leading knowledge and proficiency in relevant systems and tools • Create and implement efficient sales strategies that align with organizational goals • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements • Lead and motivate sales teams to successfully reach sales targets Compensation: $120,000 yearly
