JOB SUMMARY

Capital Insurance Group is seeking a candidate to join our Actuarial Internship Program. You will work alongside our creative and entrepreneurial individuals in Reno, NV. We look to partner with a candidate who fits with the CIG culture, excels as a decision enabler, and has the potential to be hired full-time. Projects assigned will come from multiple actuarial disciplines. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Pursuing or possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative subjects. 

• Completion of one or more actuarial exam is highly preferred. 

• GPA of 3.6 or higher is preferred. 

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python or R is preferred.
