    Your Role on the Team (Job Functions):

    Providing maintenance service to residential properties

    Maintain an excellent customer service relationship in accordance with Capital Property Solutions Standards

    Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance

    Coordinate and schedule extensive jobs with contractors and residents

    Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns, keep the property in good repair, and communicate concerns about the physical needs of the property to supervisor

    Complete exterior repairs/replacements to shutters, trim, dryer vent covers, downspouts, gutters, fences, stairs, roofing, drain lines, masonry, concrete, minor electrical and other repairs as needed

    Complete various plumbing tasks such as, curb stop testing, replacing sump pumps, drain lines, and other minor plumbing tasks as assigned

    Become proficient with property management software and ensure proper entry of all information in the system including logging work hours.

    Prioritizing and organizing work requests and daily travel schedule

    Documenting service actions by completing forms, reports and logs

    Responsible for being on a rotating on-call schedule and taking emergency calls as needed 24/7

    Other duties as assigned

    Experience:

    Self-staring and reliable

    Knowledge in all facets of maintenance and repair preferred but not required

    Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC preferred but not required

    Possess great communication skills

    Possess a valid driver's license

    Pass security background check
