    About the Role:

    As a Capital Raise Specialist for PilotAI ( part of the Attix Family ), you will be responsible for conducting high-volume calls to engage with potential investors and present lucrative investment opportunities. This is a unique role that offers the potential for significant financial rewards, as you will be connecting with accredited investors who are looking to fund high-growth businesses. ** **

    Please note that this is a 3 month contract to hire role, with the possibility of full-time employment after a successful probationary period of 3 months.**** ** ******

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive high-volume outbound outreach (300+ calls daily) to prospective investors with a track record in funding apps, tech startups, or innovative platforms.
    • Confidently pitch Pilot AI's vision and value, positioning our capital raise as a compelling equity opportunity.
    • Source and qualify investors with a focus on those active in crowdfunding, venture, and technology investments.
    • Leverage online platforms—including crowdfunding sites and targeted investor networks—to generate investment commitments.
    • Build and maintain a robust investor pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of activity, conversations, and follow-ups.
    • Guide potential investors through the process, answering questions, reviewing details, and scheduling key meetings or events.
    • Deliver exceptional investor relations by building trust, cultivating long-term partnerships, and ensuring investor satisfaction.
    • Act as a key driver of our fundraising efforts, helping us secure working capital to fuel growth and scale Pilot AI.

    What You have:

    • A strong interest in sales, startups, and technology — experience in crowdfunding or capital raising is a plus, but not required.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you enjoy connecting with people and making an impact.
    • Self-motivation and drive to hit (and beat) your goals, even when challenges come your way.
    • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills to keep investors engaged and informed.

    • Curiosity about tech, apps, and market trends, with a willingness to learn the ins and outs of equity crowdfunding and startup fundraising.

    • Experience in a startup, sales, or fundraising environment is great to have — but above all, we're looking for someone excited to grow with us.

    1. A call with our recruiter to gain more insight to your experience
    2. Video interview w/ a member of our team
    3. On site w/ our CEO or CoS

    Compensation:

    • $75,000 draw plus commission
