Our Recruiters are an integral part of the staffing process for our clients. This is a work from home position consisting of 30-40 hours a week depending on the applicant.

Job Description

1. Follows up with applicants in a 2-3 interview process, screening and advancing the best applicants

2. One phone interview and 2nd Zoom interview for qualified candidates

3. Final Hiring interview for accounts that prefer that process

4. Direct new recruits through the onboarding process

5. Update stat sheets

6. Weekly Conference Call

7. Quarterly Meeting
