    Looking to work in Real Estate Investing field and earn $70,000+ We are looking for a Licensed candidate who is hard-working, self-motivated and eager to learn in the industry of Real Estate Investing. Currently growing and expanding to new markets we are looking for someone that has the ability to adapt quickly and do what it takes to succeed. Investment Real Estate We are not a typical Real Estate Brokerage where the transaction is focused on finding homes for families or individuals to live in. Our technology and acquisitions teams offer investors a unique opportunity to find inventory in days, as opposed to months. Responsibilities: • Analyzing potential deals using MLS • Making offers Minimum 15 per day • Getting Contracts executed • Follow up with agents and sellers(Email, Text, Call) • Filtering through online auctions • Going to showings if needed • Cold calling/prospecting • Building relationships with agents • Organizing CRM • Reporting on sales numbers • Attend all team training • Daily sales training • Work with our assistant for optimal efficiency • Cashing checks • Being creative Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Passion for analyzing deals and making deals happen • Ninja Phone sales • Negotiations training • Ability to communicate effectively English and Spanish (oral and written) • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to follow up, set and close appointments over the phone • Computer Savvy: Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, MOJO (SaaS phone and dialing technology), a Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technology, Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • In office Minimum 40 hours per week • Must be signed up with our Brokerage (Flat fee) • You will succeed BUT must be COACHABLE! Compensation: $70,000+ Commission Based
