Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative to provide support to our clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints.

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines, and perform under pressure.
Possess good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Possess the ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
