A busy Chiropractic office in Silver Spring close to Downtown needs a friendly and personable chiropractic front desk receptionist for a part time job. He/she must be outstanding at communicating with patients and staff- a real team player! Not afraid to take initiative and embrace a constantly changing environment, someone who likes to "think outside the box". He/She must be able to consistently schedule all patients with authority and ease. He/She must be excellent at multi-tasking and must be able to work very fast and efficiently. Other duties include, but are not limited to, ordering supplies, stocking and preparing the necessary items for treatment rooms, etc. The candidate must maintain a clean and orderly appearance. Part-Time Position, responsibilities include: Scheduling Must have knowledge of billing Collecting co-pays and all over-the-counter payments from patients Positive attitude Excellent customer service at all times Ability to promote the benefits of chiropractic treatments Computer skills-especially typing *Education: High School Diploma or GED minimum *Salary will be discussed, experience considered. *Must be a highly reliable person, able to work until 6:00pm four nights per week and once in awhile on Saturday
