    Job Summary: CWP is currently looking for a Data Analyst with experience within the workforce development sector to work in the Hartford, CT office.     What you will do:

    Data Management

    · Conduct data audits within and across programs, in accordance with quality assurance plan.

    · Manage ITA data across ETO and CTHires.

    · Perform routine data maintenance.

    · Perform operational data monitoring and follow up.

    · Perform data entry in CTHires and ETO systems on behalf of external service providers if needed.

    Performance Measurement

    · Develop data collection tools.

    · Produce contractor performance reports in accordance with established methodologies.

    · Produce monthly and quarterly reports for discretionary programs.

    · Produce datasets as requested.

    Site Administration

    · Assist with ETO system administration.

    · Perform batch uploads from external data sources.

    Capacity Building

    · Train program staff on data collection, secure data transmission and reporting.

    · Train program staff on performance reporting and data quality assurance.

    · Assist with training and support to frontline users across all data platforms.

    Other

    · At the direction of the Compliance & Accountability Administrator or Lead Performance Analyst, coordinate or assist with special projects as assigned.

    What you will need:

    · Bachelor’s degree in public administration, data science, data analytics, business, or other

    related field.

    · Experience working with and developing data systems to support programs and initiatives.

    · Experience using the CTHires system preferred.

    · Experience using ETO software preferred.

    · Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.

    · One year or more of experience working with workforce development or employment training programs.

    · Experience making written and oral presentations and reports using both data and narrative sources.

    · Ability to analyze, interpret and apply complex written materials and regulations, including federal regulations, state laws and organization policies.

    · Ability to proactively use technical expertise to support continuous improvement for the organization

    · Ability to analyze and interpret data.

    · Strong software skills, including Microsoft Office and ETO Software.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.

    · Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

    · Ability to produce management-level, data-supported program performance reports and presentations.

    · Ability to maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.

    · Ability to operate in a professional team environment and contribute to the team product, balancing individual and group priorities.

    · Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, estimate time requirements, and meet deadlines.
