Job Summary:

Lead the team in providing top notch customer service while serving gelato, preparing coffee drinks and store operations. Take responsibility of closing the shop by following the outlined procedures. Current shop hours are Mon-Thur 7am-8pm, Fri-Sun 7am-9pm. Full-time or Part time available.

Responsibilities (Will be trained):

Serving gelato and coffee in front of house.

Maintaining cleanliness.

Technical support on the POS.

Close the cafe

Shift Coverage

Manager support

Help set up, break down, deliver and serve for catering events

Qualification:

Excellent customer service

Positive attitude.

Team worker.

Leader.

Some lead or key holder experience preferred

Fast learner

Open Availability for evenings/nights (9:45pm at the latest)

Reliable Transportation
