The Capri Holdings (Versace, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors) internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a global retail corporation. Each semester students participate in our comprehensive program where they are able to receive training and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals at our brands.Department Responsibilities | Internal Audit - Capri · Actively participate in SOX planning activities, including risk assessments and scoping.· Work with the Business and Internal Audit team to perform interim Sarbanes-Oxley audit testing (both IT and Business Process).· Prepare clear and organized audit work papers and ensure relevant control activities are evaluated to assess operating effectiveness of controls across critical cycles.· Manage timelines, deliverables and reporting through our internal audit tool.· Assure the execution of action plans are timely and effective by following up with management.· Participate in ongoing control transformation projects Student Requirements: · Rising Junior or Senior in process of achieving bachelor’s degree or recent graduateInterest in the fashion/retail industryPursuing a career in Accounting/Finance, Audit, IT ComplianceAbility to be flexible and open to new projectsSelf-starter, detail oriented, and excellent communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication with experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with analytic tools (Alteryx/UI Path) a plusInternship Guidelines: This is a paid summer internship from June through August.Capri Holdings Limited does not offer travel, housing, or clothing stipends.Students must be able to make a minimum commitment of 4 days per week.The internship program’s hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Thursday.The program will be based out of our NYC HQ or NJ Office (hybrid or full-time onsite).At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
