Assistant Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations. *Provide leadership and guidance to staff ensuring a high level of customer service. *Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. *Collaborate with the management team on marketing initiatives, and customer service strategies. *Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact. *Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. *Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting. *Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
*Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant management role. *Transportation: Must have reliable means of transportation. *Availability: Open availability, including weekends and holidays. *Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills. *Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. *Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
