Responsibilities: Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Qualifications: Valid professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field Exemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vital • Up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessary • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required • Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Valid Life & Health Insurance licenses, FINRA Series 7 and 66, are preferred Compensation: $100,000 at plan yearly
