Job Description
The Captify US trading Team is growing, and we are adding a Programmatic Trader to our team! Our trading team is responsible for the management and optimization of media campaigns using programmatic buying channels and platforms. This role will be responsible for setting up, trafficking and monitoring media campaigns across multiple advertising channels. Analyzing data and identifying behavioral trends for optimizations will also be key components of the role.
The Programmatic Trader is a core contributor to the trading team. This opportunity will enable visibility across different aspects of the business. The programmatic trader has complete ownership and leads the activation of advertising campaigns for our client, and assists in resolving technical issues and providing guidance for optimizations and technical set up to meet and exceed where possible on strategic long term goals. Within this team, you will have the opportunity to work with the core teams within captify to include Sales, Client Strategy and Account Management along with your fellow Traders on creative and campaign management across a variety of formats to include and not limited to, Video, Display and emerging formats.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmatic trading in self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). The Programmatic Trader will be a great communicator and ready to contribute to the team in implementing programmatic media buys for the clients we support. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and have hands-on experience in The Trade Desk (TTD), Google's Display Video 360 (DV360), Pubmatic, Mediamath, DataXu or similar self-service platforms. We're looking for someone comfortable navigating between trading platforms, ad servers, attribution models, and client-specific web analytics to isolate challenges and opportunities.
