BBQ Grill Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a BBQ Grill Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email * Provide information about the products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Customer shipments for replacement parts * Occasional light to medium lifting (5-30lbs) will be required * Light warehouse work involving location of spare parts, packaging & boxing of the spare parts. * Occasional social media posting and account maintenance Qualifications: * Dependable, punctual and responsible * Comfortable in both office and warehouse environments * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficient Company Description We are a worldwide houseware product manufacturer for major retailers in the US.
