We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to help customers find the perfect upgrades for their vehicles — from audio systems to remote starters and custom accessories. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our products and services while delivering a top-notch experience. Responsibilities: • Greet and engage with walk-in customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products and services • Educate customers on the features and benefits of car audio systems, alarms, lighting, remote starters, and more • Provide accurate quotes, create work orders, and coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless experience • Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back • Stay up to date on new products, trends, and technology in the 12V industry Qualifications: • 1+ year of retail or automotive sales experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone • Passion for vehicles, electronics, and aftermarket customization • Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction • Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
