    Growing automotive group seeks full-time Leadership Trainee to develop capability for future role as a Service Manager or Store Director.     Job Summary

    We are looking for an enterprising individual who is driven to become a Service Manager or Store Director who will oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services in a way that delights customers, generating repeat business and profitable growth.

    As a Leadership Trainee, you will develop and enhance your ability to lead a team of service advisors and automotive technicians to provide customers with an exceptional customer experience. We will provide you with a technical foundation, business training, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for working with others to assess situations, identify options, tackle obstacles, and implement win/win solutions.

    Responsibilities - Develop your ability to:

    Ensure a safe, clean environment for employees and customers

    Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

    Lead by example

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)

    Ability to translate challenges into opportunities

    Two or more years’ experience in customer-facing roles

    Strong customer service and communications skills

    Problem solving skills and coaching skills

    Automotive repair experience strongly preferred

    Must hold a current driver license with “clean” driving record
