Car Rental Agent is needed for independent Avis/Budget Car rental location in Danbury CT.

Looking for a highly motivated individual to join our small business car rental Agency. We have a small team of 7 and currently operate 2 car rental agencies. Responsablities listed below. Punctuality is a must for location operator.

The Car Rental Agent (CRA) will process car rentals for customers, Including obtaining & verifying customer information, drivers license, credit card and details of rental.

CRA will also answer phone inquiries, to provide reservations and extension quotes to customers over the phone.

Light car prep of rental vehicles including vacuuming, wipe down, and disinfecting of rental car if needed.

All CRA are cross trained to provide adequate store needs. Must have a valid Drivers License in good standing.

Must have go getter mentality.

Must be able to follow policy and security standards.

Must be able to provide excellent customer service.

Prefer 1 year customer service.

Part time during training, possible full time position by 4/2026 if interested.

Store hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sat/Sun 8am-2pm

Closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas
