Car Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – Our pay structure allows you to make your own check with a commission-based pay plan, plus an hourly pay of $16.50.

• 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%.

Car Sales Representative Qualifications

• Experience – Previous experience in customer service or sales, social media marketing is a plus but not required. We will provide training to help you succeed.
• People Person - a dedicated individual who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers
• Bilingual - English and Spanish.
• Driver´s License - valid with a clean record.
• Open schedule - willing to work long hours.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
