Position Summary:
The Car Wash Attendant at Squeeky’s Car Wash is responsible for ensuring every customer leaves with a clean, well-maintained vehicle and a positive experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and takes pride in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times
- Assist customers with wash selections, memberships, and general inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including bays, vacuums, and surrounding grounds
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as:
- Trash removal
- Spraying and cleaning wash bays
- Sweeping and debris removal
- Replacing light bulbs, hoses, and fittings as needed
- Support light landscaping to maintain curb appeal
- Assist with day-to-day site operations
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and flexible schedule (availability on weekends, including Sundays, required)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
