Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dependable Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our team! As a CSA, you are the face of Dirty Dog’s Car Wash—responsible for providing a warm, friendly welcome to each customer while helping guide them through their car wash experience.

You’ll assist customers at the pay station, recommend wash packages, answer questions, help prep vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This is an outdoor position, and candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a smile and friendly attitude

Assist customers with wash selection and process payments at the pay station

Explain and promote membership plans and customer perks

Prepare and inspect vehicles before entering the wash tunnel

Assist with light vehicle prepping (spraying, brushing, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

Follow company procedures to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience preferred (retail, fast food, or service industry)

Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
