Job description:

Clean returned rental vehicles interior and exterior

Identifies any additional vehicle damage that may have been missed by the Return / Kiosk Agent

When required, supports the movement and transfer of rental vehicles to and from the one location to another location

Required to turn in any lost and found item found when cleaning the vehicle

Other duties as required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year car rental industry preferred, some vehicle detailing experience required

Ability to pay attention to detail

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service

Must be willing to wear company uniforms

Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (i.e. no more than 2 moving violations within the last 2 years and no DWI/DUI's, suspensions and/or "at fault" accidents within the last 2 years).

Must have the flexibility to work day and weekends/holidays as needed

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
