Job Description
CarLotz (www.carlotz.com) is growing and we are looking for a CORPORATE RECRUITER to partner with the Talent Management team to execute a strategic recruiting plan as we continue to expand. This teammate would focus on recruitment for the sales organization within CarLotz. Candidates should possess strong networking skills, the ability to multi-task, and creative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Talent Management team and Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs company-wide.
Develop and prepare tactics and materials to help “sell the vision” to potential candidates.
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies. This will include sourcing and identifying candidates through proactive and passive recruiting strategies such as web searches, job boards, diversity groups, social networking, cold calling, database mining, professional organizations, job fairs, college and alumni communities, etc.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, overseeing interview and background screening process, through offer extension.
Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates including any salary negotiations.
Advise hiring managers regarding the interview/hiring process to ensure fair and consistent candidate selection methods.
Develop and execute strategies that will support work force diversity and inclusion.
Build effective relationships with candidates and serve as their primary point-of-contact through the recruiting and onboarding process
Qualifications:
Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate recruiting role or staffing position
Proven experience and success in end-to-end sourcing and recruiting process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
Experience developing and managing active & passive candidate pipelines
Previous experience using CRM or ATS preferred
Previous recruiting and sourcing experience required
Background & drug screens required
Teammates should be able to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift 15 lbs
