    Job Description

    We are looking for an e-Commerce Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team at Caravan Group. This position is responsible for managing sales and marketing campaigns across different marketing platform (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc) and assisting in driving our social media strategies for our brands. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and problem-solving with track record in increasing traffic and sales with relevant years of experience on these platform

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own and be responsible of success of specific products including SEO, paid advertising, etc
    • Write and improve product listing across various e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Shopify
    • Analyze advertising data (PPC, ad spent) and make inform decision to optimize advertising spend for each product
    • Research market trends and competitors to adjust pricing and promotion strategies
    • Provide excellent customer services – answer customer inquiries, solve return and exchange issues, and improve customer's satisfactions
    • Create sales report - monitor and review Amazon advertising campaigns and budgets, optimize campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic to our website, increase listing visibility and revenue;
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years eCommerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify)
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing
    • Highly Proficient with Excel or any data analysis tool
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft suite – word, excel, emails, etc
    • Experience with channel management software (2+ years)
    • Bachelor's Degree
