    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting staff in delivering high-quality fitness experiences to our members

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of gym operations, including member services, staff management, and facility maintenance.

    Provide leadership and guidance to front desk staff, trainers, and other team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.

    Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.

    Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations and promote member satisfaction.

    Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive membership growth, retention, and revenue generation.

    Conduct regular staff training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about gym policies, procedures, and programs.

    Assist in scheduling and payroll management, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet member needs.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym services, events, and special offers through various channels.

    Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the gym.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the fitness industry is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fitness management software.
