    Job Title: Sales Representative (Pre-Sale)

    Position Overview: As a Sales Representative for Carbon Performance, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives leading up to the grand opening of our gym. Your primary focus will be on securing corporate and individual memberships by establishing partnerships with local businesses, making outbound calls, and organizing promotional events. This role requires strong sales skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will lead into a sales position within Carbon Performance once we open.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to generate corporate memberships and partnerships.

    · Identify and prospect potential members, including corporations, small businesses, and community organizations.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

    · Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to introduce Carbon Performance’s offerings and secure appointments for presentations.

    · Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of corporate memberships and wellness programs tailored to each business's needs.

    · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support B2B sales efforts.

    · Track sales activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM software, providing regular reports and updates to management.

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.

    · Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.

    · Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.

    · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

    · Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and presentations.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

    · Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
