    Job Description

    The ERP and Ecommerce Systems Admin is responsible for the successful operation of our ERP and E-commerce systems. This position will ensure all systems in this area are functioning properly, implement opportunities for improvement, and troubleshoot when issues arise. This position will be the primary point of contact for our internal users and will monitor issues and enhancements to ensure appropriate results are achieved.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administer and monitor all aspects of our NetSuite installation.
    • Primary contact for systems monitoring. Reporting down systems, mitigating outages, and reviewing root cause analysis reports.
    • Work with internal teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities to make improvements.
    • Manage all current 3rd party integrations and data connections. Recommend and implement new integrations as the business needs arise.
    • Design, implement, and maintain views, searches, reports, KPIS, dashboards, workflows, configurations, and customizations within NetSuite, SCA and other related systems.
    • Provide custom reports and data analysis using SQL data sources when NetSuite’s internal capabilities do not meet the need.
    • Provide internal, ongoing system support to users and serve as the primary contact for vendor support, opening cases and tracking issues to resolution.
    • Manage semi-annual NetSuite updates; testing functionality and ensure a smooth roll out.
    • Participates in IT planning. Leading the implementation of all IT projects regardless of their impact to the ERP systems.
    • Assist with maintaining compliance to regulations regarding data and security, i.e.: PCI and CCPA.
    • Participate in IT contract negotiations and invoice approvals.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5 years of experience using ERP Software. Preferably for a multi-channel Direct-to-Consumer apparel business.
    • Experience in reviewing procedures to develop thorough testing plans for system updates.
    • Strong technical and modeling skills including advanced Excel and SQL skills.
    • Must have excellent project management skills and be able to manage a wide variety of projects.
    • Works well with minimal supervision, is proactive and resourceful.
    • Persistent and deadline oriented; willing to drive any task or project to timely completion.
    • Must value team chemistry and thrives on a start-up working environment within an established brand. Facilitate a positive working environment through interactions with others on the team.
    • High degree of personal and professional integrity with the ability to handle confidential material.
    • Experienced with and knowledgeable about Cloud applications
    • Understands Direct-to-Consumer processes (procurement, selling, fulfilling and returns) and their financial implications.
    • Understands and follows best practices in area of IT security and project management.
    • Experienced with implementing processes to comply with regulations (PCI, SOX, CCPA, etc.)
    • Experienced working with offshore development teams

    OTHER

    • Position reports to Senior Manager of Marketing, E-Commerce and ERP Administration
    • Travel Requirements: may be required to travel for training, or as other C2C business needs dictate.
    • Location: Corporate HQ at 615 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
    • Office work:  REMOTE (Dependent on Santa Barbara County status for safely opening: Currently work status is “REMOTE" with ability to commute to Corp HQ as required).
    • Must have resources and ability to work effectively from home/remotely (quiet space, Wi-Fi set up etc.) as needed, from time to time.
    • Availability: 8am-5pm PDT, M-F with flexibility to accommodate deadlines and other business needs
