    Rehab is a pain. So much so that only 10% of qualifying Cardiac and Pulmonary patients attend. At Carda Health, we've reimagined rehab. Our program allows patients to complete inspiring, convenient, life-saving therapy remotely.

Carda was founded by Harry and Andrew, two friends from Wharton who share a family history of heart disease and experience with poor access to care.     Who are you?

    You are a tenacious, driven, sales/customer success minded person and you want to make an impact. You have a proven track record of serving clients and you want to do it at a company improving the lives of millions of Americans. You have deep experience in client management and inside sales. It personally bothers you when you and the company are not hitting goals and you do everything you can to change that. You are a great collaborator and communicator and bring a very positive attitude to work! You are able to complete tasks and implement processes in ⅓ of the time of a peer.

    What will you do?

    As a Business Development Representative, you will work with our partner organizations on growing the Carda Health program across their patient population. You will serve under our sales director to help source opportunities and prospects who are good candidates to partner with Carda Health to expand their cardiac and pulmonary rehab services. You will be a crucial member of our small team working collaboratively to make Carda Health's growth a model for other companies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and ready to make an impact from Day 1.

    In a little more detail:

    You will be expected to:

    • Expand and grow the Carda Health program within partner organizations
    • Identify and help manager opportunities within our partnership pipeline
    • Handle all outreach and communications across the top of the sales funnel
    • Handle administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process
    • Report key metrics back to Carda leadership on performance

    What we look for:

    • 1 year customer service experience
    • 1 year track record of exceeding performance based metrics
    • Endless desire to exceed performance metrics sent your way
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little direction
    • Inherent growth mindset: you are always focused on improving faster and getting the team to do the same
    • Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success
    • Highly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills. It is imperative you are able to clearly and effectively interact with members of our team in a remote environment

    Nice to haves:

    • Experience and desire to work remotely (our whole team is remote!)
    • Experience working with Hospitals
    • Prior experience using technology tools including GSuite, Slack
