Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations for cath labs, EP labs, and echo services across two campuses
Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, high-quality care
Serve as a key liaison for disciplinary actions, coaching, and performance improvement
Partner with clinical leads to promote collaboration, clinical excellence, and accountability
Provide support in clinical procedures as needed
Monitor procedural volumes, departmental goals, and ensure operational compliance
Qualifications
Must meet one of the following licensure paths:
Current RN License (Kansas or Compact)
OR current Kansas license and ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Radiologic Technology
Bachelor's degree required
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Experience:
At least 1 year of prior leadership experience
Strong clinical background in Cath Lab or Electrophysiology required
Proven team-building and communication skills
Ability to lead multi-site cardiovascular departments

* Main Campus: ~140–170 cath procedures/month
* Satellite Campus: ~40 cath procedures/month
Echo Procedures: ~600–700/month across campuses
EP Procedures: ~50–60 cases/month
