Must be a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Must be familiar with various assessment tools, like VBMAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS etc.

Must be able to create treatment plans and recommendations based on your initial assessment observations

Know how to write a Behavior Intervention Plan based on the results from an FBA

Update Behavior Plan and Treatment Plan weekly or monthly depending on clientele

Choose appropriate data collection procedures to capture change in skill acquisition targets and reactive behavior protocols

Summarize data collected be team and write progress updates every six months

Record change in skill acquisition targets and programs through the electronic data collection system

Feel comfortable training and modeling programs to Behavioral Therapists on implementation of client programs and interventions

Conduct monthly parent meetings and parent trainings

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including social works, teachers, speech and language pathologist, occupational therapists, etc.

Have the opportunity to supervise those pursuing a BCBA or RBT certification
