    Life and Health license and customer service experience are required Successful financial practice is seeking a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for the support of the Financial Advisor/Financial Planner. Responsibilities: • Answer phones and greet clients. • Update, maintain, and schedule client and other office meetings. • Manage the adviser’s calendar. • Prepare agents for client appointments, including putting together client paperwork, applications, and marketing materials. • Process applications for life insurance, long-term care, investment products, and others. • Track open cases and follow up as needed with the underwriting department and/or clients. • Prepare weekly reports. • Coordinate with the service center on all service/account issues. • Maintain CRM software/database, keeping it current for sorting, searching, reporting, fee tracking, and new business opportunities. • Client correspondence (i.e., birthday cards, holiday cards, client mass e-mails, quarterly/semi-annual/annual mailings). • Other general administrative and executive assistant duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Must have superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills. • Must have a professional appearance, be ethical, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask. • Must be highly communicative, organized, friendly, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Must work well individually and as a team player. • Excellent PC skills (highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems. • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills. • Dedicated commitment to providing superior customer service with a focus on quality. Experience: • Associate's degree or equivalent. • Investment and/or Life Insurance background (preferred). • Life/Health Insurance License (required). Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
