Cardinal Maintenance Service is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Custodian in the vicinity of the Hampton Roads area. Day Shift: 10:00 am-3:00 pm (M-F) Night Shift: 6:00 pm-10:00 pm (M-F) 11 holidays 2wk vacation after 1yr. of employment Responsibilities: Custodians are responsible for working within a team or individually by performing: • Office/restroom cleaning • Trash removal • Sweeping/mopping • Vacuuming • Several other miscellaneous cleaning tasks Qualifications: • Experience and knowledge of performing custodial tasks and/or floorcare • Ability to work effectively within a team • Performs other custodial duties as assigned • Must have own transportation, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a government background check for JLAB access • Pass JLAB training requirements Compensation: $21.61 per hour
