Job Description

Cardinal is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage incoming calls, emails and face-to-face contact with customers • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents • Interact with the sales force regarding customer orders • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Any other duties assigned by either the Sales Coordinator or the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong math skills • Basic computer skills • Ability to develop an understanding of paperwork • Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems and practices is preferred • Must be flexible with the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed • Work with limited supervision • Follow company safety policies
