    I am looking to start a new department within CardinalHire that will be specializing in technical contractor (hourly) and technical direct-hire contingency division.

    We are a stealth-mode recruiting firm in San Francisco. Our Account Managers/Technical Recruiters are experts at sourcing and influencing talented tech workers. You will learn how to identify top talent, effectively build relationships and get real-world business done effectively. You will come to understand how companies think about hiring, what motivates people to leave or take a job and how tech companies are really built and run.

    Many current clients are some of the Bay Area's hottest funded start-ups. You will be communicating directly with their teams, often their CEO/CTO. You will learn the company's’ value propositions, understand their team’s needs and use your personality plus our best practices to build relationships with prospective candidates.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Should have a Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science/Technology from a 4-year institution.

    • Compelling and influential communication skills on the phone, in person, via email and over text.

    • Interest in Silicon Valley startups, computer science, team-building and business in general.

    • Outstanding organization skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs a plus.

    • Familiarity with professional social media sites and job boards a plus.

    • Ability to be persuasive, negotiate and remain calm in emotional and stressful situations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify top candidates for clients’ open positions.

    • Make contact with candidates via phone and email, build rapport, explain job opportunities and gather key information

    • Submit candidates to clients, explaining why they’re a great fit for the position and company.

    • Oversee the scheduling and communication around interviews, offers and hiring.

    Additional Information:

    • This role is 100% remote; 40 hours per week

     

    __You will be helping me to develop a new division specializing in technical contractors (hourly) and contingency placements.
