    A highly respected, physician-led healthcare system in central Washington is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its well-established cardiology team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider with at least 5 years of cardiology experience and a proven background in clinical leadership who is looking to grow within a progressive, patient-centered organization.

    Position Highlights:

    • Full-time schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (no weekends)

    • Minimum 5 years of cardiology APP experience required

    • Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred

    • Join a busy, high-performing rural cardiology program with a strong patient base

    • Collaborative, team-based care model with mentorship and peer support

    • Emphasis on quality outcomes, continuity of care, and provider well-being

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary: $155,000 – $187,000 annually, plus RVU-based bonus potential
