Job Summary

Join our team as a Cardiology Sonographer. We are looking for a skilled adult Cardiology Sonographer to join our busy Cardiology practice. Physician owned private adult Cardiology practice. Competitive salary with benefits. Advanced GE system. N calls. No weekends. No holidays.

We are looking for a full time or part time Echocardiographer. ARDMS or CCI (RCS) certification required. Experience in adult echocardiography is prefered. Vascular ( carotid and AAA screening) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer patient questions, obtain relevant medical history, and explain the upcoming procedure

Perform the cardiac ultrasound, recording accurate, relevant data

Consult with colleges or physicians as needed to best interpret the data

Assist other technologists or colleagues as needed

Accurate record all findings

Qualifications

Required licensure needed for the state

Previous experience in the medical field desired

Strong communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Understanding of confidentiality and HIPPA requirements
